Pros: It is very nicely locate and the hotel is clean and neat. Last time we had a noise problem but this time it was great. Your staff is very welcoming and the breakfast area is easy and good. The other nice thing is your parking is very close and easy.

Pros: the decoration, layout of room, spaciousness, comfort of the bed.
Cons: Serious engineering and structural issue with regards to WATER. Anyone taking a shower at 5:50 a.m., all other patrons suffer with the incredible noise of water pipes. Also, noise in hallways... lack of insulation at the door.
