Pros: The manager in the morning greeted guests with a smile or a few words in the bright breakfast area. Cleaning staff were friendly and kind, as was the check-in person. Rooms were spacious for four adults and you didn't feel like you were on top of each other.
Cons: The light from the outside marque can be seen above and around the curtains. So if you need it dark, ask for a room with windows that aren't near those lights. The swimming pool area was comfortable for the non-swimmers, but I wish there was more light to read by in the late afternoon/ evening.

Pros: Beds are comfortable, however the sofa bed not so much for our 8&9 yr old daughter, sore backs for two night after we got home. Rooms are pricey, but you may as well go for the king suite for an extra $20, to get more room.

Pros: There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Very clean, staff very friendly, location is decent for Calgary attractions (okay it's ten miles from downtown but you save way more in cost then a fairly quick trip downtown. Park in the outside parking lots as they are considerably cheaper especially later in the day. Back to the hotel..rooms are laid out well, quiet, in almost new condition, pool and spa are great and the exercise room is more than adequate.
