Getting its name from its location in the restored 1930s Model Milk Dairy Building, this place has a funky and open design with a lively vibe. The chef sources from some of the best local and regional food producers to create an inventive, delicious menu, which changes about every two weeks. So it never gets dull. One dish that seems to stand the test of time is the amazing fricassee of calamari. The desserts naturally feature ice cream. A super selection of wine and cocktails is also available.
