In the 1888 Alberta hotel building, there are original sandstone walls soaring up around this lovely dining room. Buzzing with sounds from the open-concept kitchen and animated conversations, the room has a lively energy. The chef is a strong supporter of the Ocean Wise seafood program and local producers as well as using Alberta Reserve Angus beef. A creative menu has plenty of interesting, flavorful choices. Count on a nice selection of wine. Late Friday and Saturday nights are especially popular for the live music which starts at 10 p.m.
