Historic. Servers in smart white jackets dish up hand-cut, local Prime Canadian steaks and other choice cuts as well as salmon and a good range of seafood at this upscale restaurant. Steaks are accompanied by a choice of one side dish. "Vintage" refers not just to the historic building, but also to the great wine list which includes many selections by the glass. There also is a fabulous lounge catering to the after-work crowd with live jazz and blues on the weekend where patrons must be at least 18 years old to enter. Minors are allowed until 8 p.m. in the main dining room.
