Historic. In the 1912 Theatre Junction Grand, this eatery is decked out with urban industrial flair featuring funky lights and draped ropes and chains on the walls. Equally innovative, delicious food is prepared in the open kitchen. Imagine dishes like bulgogi beef tartare with smoke-cured egg yolk, or pan-braised chicken with mushroom and cippolini fricassee in foie gras jus and you'll get the picture. But the menu changes often as does the daily changing, three- or five-course blind tasting menus.
