Pros: Access to business on the Southside of Edmonton. Convenient restaurant and pub. Basic fare . Restaurant & Housekeeping staff very accommodating and courteous.
Cons: Has the Red Arrow bus stop located in the back of the lobby area and even after providing waste containers the cigarette butts, gum and general garbage stains the area. Maybe a little more assistance from the bus people to resolve.

2. We left the hotel for 4hrs knowing our room was ready for check-in, but apparently, it was not ready! One cotton bud on the floor, cleaning supplies left on the floor by the housekeeper, linens were not even changed, no toiletries, one face towel (used) on the bathroom floor.

Pros: LOVED the bed, it was seriously one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The room was a pleasant surprise after the horrible lobby and hallways. It was recently renovated and felt clean.
Cons: The lobby was disgusting. It was incredibly un-inviting, stark and felt like a tacky check-in desk at an airport. The elevator was very slow and sadly we were left standing uncomfortably waiting in the horrible lobby for longer than we wanted. The hallways then had cheap lighting in, not consistent with the Best Western brand. The fridge in the room was also really noisy.

Cons: The room was very cold( 19) it took over 5 hours for the room to move up to 20. This weekend has raning and had a low of 4, so it was a bit chilly out. Called staff and they said they would bring a space heater. They never did. Then when checking out staff asked how are stay was. I told the lady about the temperature and how they didn't bring the space heater. Then she made the excuse that they didn't have time to move up all the thermostats. I mentioned that they should of checked the wether forecast as there is rain for 4 days. Then she stated that the hotel is old and it can't handle the temperature of all the rooms to be turned up. She was rude and don't ask a customer if they enjoyed there stay if you dont CARE! The pillows are hard as well. The room is over priced for the conditions. Also, no manger on dudy for the long weekend.
