Pros: While the room small, the staff were fantastic. Right from the check in they were so helpful providing us with a map and directions to resturants and suggestions of things to see and do.
Cons: My wife enjoyed the pool and we both enjtoyed the lisuely breakfast. PS The beds were the most comfortable we have found at any hotet. Great effort and great hotel!!!

Pros: Staff were all very helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent with a little something for everyone. Swimming pool was a terrific way to end a stressful day. Location is perfect if you're doing anything in downtown Edmonton; no need to rent a car or even take a cab, as it's very walkable. Close to public transit if you're so inclined.

Pros: Excellent service. Staff were top rate. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast room was friendly and helpful. I initially groaned at the room rate but after having a positive and stress free stay (except for the wifi), it did not bother me when I signed out to come home. Excellent downtown location. Can walk or take the bus to sites and shopping districts. The breakfast offerings were basic but filled the bill for every diet and need. The hot tub was a welcome sight at night and was surprized by the number of people using this facility in the hotel. Its summer and the kids staying in the hotel loved it. Everything to like (cept the wifi) so we will not hesitate to come back.
Cons: The only downside was the WiFi. There were times when I thought I was dealing with a dial-up modem from 1992. Anyone using a smart phone would not care, but those of us with laptops can get frustrated. However, I and many of my friends have come to face the reality that poor wifi seems to be the norm in most hotels that we stay in.
