Pros:
Cons: ordered room service twice. Food was cold. Thought it was interesting that they use canned gravy. Had the beef dip and the juice was not real either. It taste like it was made from oxo. disappointing since you pay 20 and up for a meal.

Pros: Great stay as always, facilities are good and lots of parking. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. It is right beside train tracks, so that can be a little noisy.

Pros: Very friendly staff - took care on check-in and wanted feedback on my stay when I checked out. Spacious room, comfortable bed, a little strange that the room had an indoor balcony that overlooked the restaurant instead of outside, but it wasn't an issue and not at all noisy at night. Location is convenient to the airport, south Edmonton Common, the Whitemud and WEM.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. Room location was horrible...I was travelling with a child and we were in a jr suite that overlooked train tracks with trains coming and going all night. A very loud fan that went off and on intermittently. The 2nd bed was completely unstable and if you sat on it the whole thing flipped up. The reason i chose this accommodation was so my child could sleep and he ended up with me because he couldnt relax. Breakfast is not worth the price of admission. 16.95 per person and at 7:30a.m. everything was old...pancakes completely dried out. I ordered a hot chocolate and was told they didnt have any. Then asked if they had chocolate milk? Yes...so can you warm it up? The hot chocolate was heated to such a level that my child couldnt drink it as by the time we had eaten it was still too hot to drink. When we arrived the evening before we had to wait 10 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us and then were perfunctoryly told that food would take a minimum of 45 minutes....this for a 3 year old at around 9 in the evening? Oh but we were welcome to sit and wait. NO THANK YOU! This was our 4th stay in 8 weeks and we were never treated to such horrible conditions. If this had been my first stay I would never go back. The guest services manager gave me her card and asked me to call her directly for our next booking. Apparently the hotel offers better rates directly. Be sure you ask for a room away from the train tracks.
