Pros: Hotel was clean and comfortable and what was expected for the price.
Cons: Rooms are dated. Parking is $26 per night, got a discounted rate of $21 but we could have parked for $20 if we just took a ticket in same lot.there are no other close secure lots to park downtown and I wouldn't leave the car on the street overnight.

Traveling as Couple
We loved the penthouse pool, open late until 11, very quiet there were only 3 or 4 other people up there with us, the hot tub was amazing! Overall we had a wonderful night there, the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom with classy and clean, the mini bar area was very well prepared with anything you may have needed, the tv was large and perfectly located in the room and the service was pretty awesome....Quiet comfortable rooms and great staff would make anyone happy :)
Pros: the room we had was fantastic, we were upgraded from the simple basic room to the executive suite on the top floor....It was all complimentary too as i had mentioned it was our anniversary which was outstanding customer service!
Cons: I wasn't too impressed that the carpets had not been vacuumed in our room but that was a small detail, otherwise everything else was fantastic

4- Elevator doors are too quick. It closes before the second person reached to exit, and you can not operate it without card. So if the elevator goes up and down your partner without the card can not comeback to the same floor. 5- Access to parking is funny- you use different elevator to access it. 6- It takes too much effort to take Strollers or cart to parking because there is narrow space and two doors that are not automatic and have not designed for wheelchair access - so you can open it by pushing button. One person holds the door then second person push the stroller through then first goes to next door to hold it and 2nd pushes it through the second door.
Pros: The Location The Shower
Cons: 1- Pillows were too fluffy and high - gave me a neck pain 2- Toilet seats are still old whirlpool one - goes round and round 3- Too many extra tables lined up in Hallways

Very Poor
Business Traveler
Pros: Attached to a mall.
Cons: Cold shower, burnt out lights, out dated, wind blew through window sills, lits of homeless people by the door and hallway smelled musty. Worse part was it cost $31 a day to park my vehicle.
