Pros: The room is clean. Beddings are comfortable. There is Tony Romas close by. The parking lot is big for guest. Breakfast with boiled egg, bacon, fruit, yogurt and others.

Spoke to staff twice , they said they understood but still got it wrong .
My sister phoned in and booked her rooms I went online .
The staff on the telephone that spoke with to ask about how to make a change was very rude .

Pros: This is an attractive hotel, with a nice lobby and a great breakfast and breakfast area.
Cons: My room was on the top floor, with a bright light from the parking lot shining directly into my window and a very noisy heating/ventilation system making a racket and resulting in a very poor sleep. Expensive few hours of sleep. Won't be back.

Pros: Brightness of entrance. Breakfast fine. Heard no noise from outside of building, e.g. trucks warming up or other traffic. Did not hear any hall or TV noises.
Cons: Noisy from above. Poor sound proofing between floors. Very easily hear people walking and flushing toilets, running water. Not good at 04:30 hr.

Pros: I loved how friendly the staff was! In the morning we realized that we forgot to ask for a late check out and when we did in the morning it was no problem at all! The room was very clean and for being a hotel the shower had lots of pressure and was high enough for my husband not to mention the shower head was really clean.
