Pros: best location, close to everything, especially tim hortons for a morning coffee. excellent room, cool vintage style decor but stil has a modern feel.
Pros: Good location on the Main Street and the room was huge with an equally generous bathroom.
Cons: The staff were not very helpful and every time we came in over the course of a two night stay there was a different person attending which is not a bad thing but they were not very helpful in terms of recommendations for early breakfasts or quick lunches.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, well-appointed room, location
Cons: Cleaning between days was not as good as we thought they should have done.
Pros: Very comfortable bed!! Great bathtub, one of the best I have ever seen and experienced!
Pros: Common spaces--both indoors and outdoors-- were great. Lots of places to sit and read or talk. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Afternoon tea was a pleasure. Dinner was superb--both food and service. I had a great spa experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Cons: We had a room facing front and found it just a little bit noisy. The deck door and room door were not very soundproof. We could hear people standing and talking near the entrance way and the several freight trains that went by during the night. Minor issues compared to the positives of the hotel and grounds.
Pros: Downtown location
Cons: Limited on site parking

Pros: The bathtub. Also later staff were courteous and helpful.
Cons: The place was ugly from the outside, we were tired, and it felt like a big ripoff. We asked to see the rooms before agreeing to four nights there. And the room was nice. But they had one room only although we had a printed reservation for two. The man at reception was surly and rude and made no attempt to rectify this situation. We all bunked in together for that night because we were just too tired to do otherwise, but my husband managed to find alternative and more satisfactory accommodation for the other nights of our stay. The man later apologized and showed us a smeared printout which he had misread, and said it was all his fault, but the damage was done. Outside appearance: tucked in amongst ugly shops, hard to see sign,, plus a one way system so hard to find that way too. We found the parking behind the building in an overgrown alley, very ugly and full with no room for our vehicle. A very poor first impression for an expensive hotel.
Pros: Location, intimate
Cons: No restaurant.
Pros: This was my third stay. The gorgeous rooms, the great showers and spa tub in my room all makes this boutique hotel a really special spot in the town of Jasper.
Pros: The room (4) was spacious and comfortable with quality fittings.
Cons: No breakfast but local options available.
