Pros: Location is great. Main Lodge is terrific.
Cons: The walls in our room were paper-thin - could head a normal conversation in the other room all evening. The food is average and overpriced and overall facilities are tired and a bit run down.

Pros: Staff and scenery
Cons: Dinner at Italian restaurant was terrible. Another $83 on room service for a cheese burger ice cream sundae and chicken wings. Ridiculous

Cons: Parking around the cabins is very limited - chances are very good that you will have to park in the main visitor parking lot.

Pros: They "upgraded" us to a junior suite, but that was in issue because it was in a cabin away from the main hotel and didn't have nearby parking. It was pouring rain so getting to our room wasn't any fun. Would rather have stayed in the main hotel.
Cons: We paid a fortune for this hotel. Disappointed that our room wasn't ready for the 4:00 check-in. We finally got into a room at 6:00. After we complained, about 515, they offered us free drinks in the bar. Tried to charge us $15 for wifi until I objected.

Pros: Gorgeous setting. Great staff.
Cons: Expensive room, even with the deal we got, given its age. Rustic one could say. That we liked, but many others might not.
