Nice place for family stay.
Pros: I really like the outdoor hot tubs.
Cons: I was disappointed that the pool was closed for cleaning. We specifically picked a hotel that i new had a nice pool because the kids love to swim. There was hair in the clean face clothes.

Would only stay here again,...
Pros: The room was larger than expected. The beds were comfy. The rooms seemed to be very soundproof. We were next to stairs and didnt hear anything. My children enjoyed the pool. The hotel seemed relatively quiet for being busy.
Cons: We were locked out of our room 2 times in as many days. The hotel staff member was well aware of this being an issue with that particular room, but offered no apology or remorse. The maintenance man was not diligent in making us a priority with having 2 small children and being locked outside while it was raining and cool weather in our bathing suits.... The bathroom was in need up updating and basic repairs. The bathroom fan didnt work, which made our room quite humid. The air unit had a dehumidifier option but it was on the opposite side of the room, and so our room was generally still humid. We were also warned to walk as much as possible, as there was no guarantee that we would have a parking spot in the evenings when we came back. There should be one designated spot per room. The hotel restaurant was not open, and it would have been helpful for the hotel staff to alert us of this upon check in. When checking out, and reminding them of our inconvenience of the lock outs, staff were un prepared to offer us anything. They planned to charge me full price, and then when a manager came on shift they would bring the issue to them. I didnt agree, and they begrudgingly called a manager, who was kind enough to offer 10% off our stay without argument.

Won't stay there again. Needs...
Pros: Location
Cons: We tried to light a fire with the presto log and it was so poorly vented that the smoke detector went off numerous times and then the rest of the night we had to smell the acrid smoke fumes. Room was old, cramped and dark. Bed ok, bathroom camper-sized. Stains on the doors, wall and ceiling. Musty smell- until smoke - filled the room

Wouldn't recommend this place
Pros: Nothing
Cons: My friend found sequins in her bed.. making us question if they washed the sheets. When she called to have her sheets changed she asked if it was a bed bug. The air conditioning was not hooked up. The staff was not the most curtsious.
