Named after Papa George Andrews, one of Jasper's business pioneers, this 1925 eatery continues to produce hearty, yet innovative food using free-range Alberta game and beef, local wild mushrooms, organic grains and beans and seasonal vegetables. The chef changes it up, but you might get to try a smoked fish combo to start, followed by elk strip loin, chicken curry or Arctic char. The house desserts are delicious. A small, take-out espresso café with freshly baked pastries is on-site.
