Classic. Established in 1977, this spacious steakhouse has a lodge-like setting with lots of wood beams. Guests seated near the windows are treated to a great view of the mountains. Steaks are cut from AAA Angus Alberta beef, and other game meats like venison, bison and elk also find their way onto the menu. Trout and salmon are favorites of fish lovers and such Greek dishes as souvlaki and moussaka are among the house specialties. Meals feature classic sauces with simple starches and vegetables.
