Pros: Lake Louise view is gorgeous, although the room I got is a bit side-faced (I and hotel staff have had couple email exchange for a great-view room before we arrived
Cons: Air flow in the $1000/night room is bad, it is 30℃ (no air-conditioning) while outside is 10℃ from afternoon thru the night on Sept 16/17.

Pros: Location is amazing.
Cons: Rooms small. Communal areas could be kept cleaner. Felt a bit like a Disney resort.

Pros: Unique location, the dinner in the Walliser Stube restaurant was delicious .
Cons: Although we booked a room for 3 persons (two bedrooms) we got a single room with two beds!, we paid another 500 dollar up grade (1.000CAD) for a junior suite, nice room unfortunately nice view was obstructed by unclear windows (not cleaned), another small remark we found a bunch of long black hair on the shower wall while me and my and spouse have short hair! Not relay tasty. When we went down to the Glacier saloon bar (terrace) for a afternoon drink we were stopped by the responsible waitress who told us that the terrace was only for hotel residence ! so a short discussion passed, I must say that I felt a bit uncomfortable (staying in a 1.000 CAD junior suite) . Of course the location from the hotel is unique .

Pros: To stay here has to be one of everybodies wishes. The hotel and location has to one of the more perfect settings. We were lucky with the weather - it has snowed the night before and also received an upgrade so Yes it was perfect
Cons: I regret to say that of the evening meal, the steak I had in Poppies restaurant was not the best steak I have had and for the charge that was made was not up to quality I expected. However to counter that the meal my wife had was excellent
