Pros: Really great breakfast menu each morning. The pool/slide is amazing. Great location in Lethbridge. They provided free makeup wipes in the bathroom...I've never seen that before, but it is a genius idea, so helpful!
Cons: There was only one front desk person when we were checking in, causing a significant delay to our checkin due the phone calls she had to answer. When she finally did check us in, she said that they didn't have more employees available because the hotel didn't want to pay holiday wages to their employees. The lack of wanting to fully staff the front desk really impacted our check in experience. On the second night, the AC unit had a loud clicking noise running all night, that kept the entire room awake.
