Pros: Very clean and crisp.
Cons: Something was going on in the room above us. We heard heavy stomping throughout the night - all night. Someone was walking (stomping) back and forth, and it was loud enough in our room that it disrupted our sleep frequently throughout the night.

Pros: Front desk staff were very friendly-that is a great first impression and was a nice change from another place just East of this place where the staff were almost rude. Great location. Very clean. Nice breakfast, good coffee. Nice to see a good selection of toiletries in the bathroom and more than one packet of coffee in the room too.
Cons: I wish the pet charge of $25 was less...this makes traveling with a very clean and well behaved animal very expensive over time and that doesn't seem fair. I also wish that the windows had blinds or full sized curtains so that the parking lot lights and the car headlights could be blocked out-someone parked not far from my room around 2am and left their headlights on for 5-10 minutes. I did have a noisy upstairs neighbor stomping around at 1 am but the only solution to that would be better soundproofing when carpets get changed perhaps?

Pros: Not much to like ask for non-smoking and was given a smoking room
Cons: I had to ask the gentleman working the night shift at 10 p.m. three separate times for a fourth because he insisted they did not have any. What kind of Hotel does not have forks for the guests?
