Pros: Handy location on the west side of town, near Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart. Good restaurant right next door. Excellent breakfast buffet with good selection of hot items; lots of seats in the breakfast room. The beds were very comfortable. There is a nice exercise room, with a separate hot tub.
Cons: The hotel is a favorite with commercial truckers, so there were many large trucks in the parking area. Not a big deal, however. Our room was adjacent to the lobby, and the smoking ashtrays were just outside our window. On request the staff readily asked the smokers to move away, however.
Pros: Hotel is very clean with the exception of the elevator floors. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Make sure you stay on the east side of the hotel as a lot of big trucks park on the west side and I imagine would be noisy in the morning. Staff was excellent especially Darlene who checked us in. She was very helpful.
Cons: Entrance to get to hotel is not paved. No safe in room.

Pros: Recliner in my room!!
family with older children
Pros: The location,
Cons: had asked on second evening for assistance to turn down heat. It was 78 in the room. Attendant did some adjusting, but still 78 in am - just too hot for sleeping with heavy duvet!
Breakfast did not include sausages
Pros: a breakfast downstairs every;day
Pros: comfy bed good hd tv selection friendly staff and front desk
Cons: all good
Pros: Very few words. It was excellent.
Cons: Not a thing.
Pros: Spacious, quiet, well appointed room with all amenities and an excellent bed. Although simple, breakfast was fresh, hot and well presented in a larger dining area. Staff were considerate, helpful. Business Centre (dedicated room) was a nice touch. Short walk to Horton's & McD's if that's your pleasure.
Cons: Got to town on a rainy night. Booking.com locater was way off; lost 30 mins. wandering the wrong side of the river. Location's a killer; going west it's almost impossible to see in the dark. Going east, more easily seen but good luck catching the turn in (comes way too soon). City hasn't paved the roadway to the hotel lot, seriously muddy in rain.
Pros: Very nice bed
Cons: Small counter space in the bathroom quite far from stores and shopping and limited restaurant in the area
Pros: good location, good breakfast and friendly staff,
Cons: the lack of attention to the details like one day we got no complementary toiletries. an other day no coffee, another day not all the towels were replaced. one day the carpet was not hoovered. i had to go to reception to deal with it my self.
Pros: Staff was accommodating, well-trained, and friendly. The breakfast lady did an excellent job, and her cheerfulness helped the day get a good start.
Pros: Good clean rooms.
Cons: No Restaurants around ( although that could change shortly), limited TV stations & limited parking for long vehicles with a trailer
family with young children
Pros: Quiet room, comfortable bed. Front desk service was quick and friendly.
Cons: No breakfast available, as the hotel was still under construction
Pros: I had a 1 bedroom suite, it was very spacious and a kitchenette. There was a 2 burner induction for cooking, full size fridge and a dishwasher. The king size bed and linens were excellent.
Cons: Arriving to find out there was no breakfast due to a pipe bursting. I appreciated the discount in room rate.
Also one day the elevators weren't working but no signs were put out. Of course it's the day I'm running late and found out the hard way after waiting unnecessarily.
