Disappointing

Attractive in appearance, but the internet was difficult to connect to (a very important element to myself when away from my family so I can connect to them) and I was booked into a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking. If I was a smoker who didn't care about internet it would have been great!
Pros: Pillows were great.
Cons: I was stuck with a smoking room and internet was hard to connect to.

Decent basic hotel. I am shocked at my negative reaction to the low energy bulbs throughout the room; however, I want a warm welcoming feeling. The room seemed cool, austere, institutional due to the lighting. The lack of supervision in the breakfast area was an issue. An un-supervised sick child (10-12 yrs old) was opening the hot trays and coughing, handling the serving utensils after coughing into his hand, etc.
Pros: Good sized room with comfy sitting area.
Cons: Cool fluorescent lighting gives institutional feeling.

Professional, welcoming and friendly staff.
Pros: We were extremely impressed by the super friendly, helpful and professional front desk staff and cleaning ladies! Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of options. We appreciated front desk staff permitting us to meet with relatives in the breakfast room late at night - a good place to visit instead of in our hotel room. This stay rates as one of our best hotel stops ever. Thank you!
Cons: Nothing

Fantastic welcome from staff.
Pros: the Receptionists and staff were fantastic and so welcoming when we arrived. The room was very clean and tidy.
Cons: A little bit away from entertainment/more bars and restaurants but all good for a short stay.
