With terrace seating in a refined atmosphere, diners come here for exquisitely-prepared Italian cuisine. The chef uses select ingredients imported directly from Italy as well as vegetables and herbs grown on site in the property's hydroponic garden. The well-prepared octopus and burrata cheese are fantastic starters. The eggplant parmigiana has a soufflé-like quality and the wild mushroom risotto is a savory dish. For the hearty appetite there is fall-off-the-bone osso buco. No lunch on Monday and no dinner on Tuesday.
