Choose from air-conditioned interior dining or al fresco with a pool view. The attentive service leaves nothing to chance. Most of the menu incorporates ingredients grown on-site, such as hydroponically grown fruits, vegetables and herbs. The French trained chef is a wizard of flavor and impressive presentations. The foie gras with quail egg and black truffle has an incredible savory flavor. Here, fish tastes like it was caught that morning which in most cases it was. The chef's six course tasting menu is an excellent way to fully enjoy the depth of the chef's talents.
