Pros: Special thanks to Mr. Michael, who assisted to us with all our tasks.
Pros: Fantastic location. Beautiful and calm bay. Extra friendly staff. After 20 years living in the Caribbean this was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in.
Cons: Food and drink was expensive, especially after Govt tax and Service charge. Food did not always live up to expectations.
Needed more staff on the beach.
Pros: bedroom over looking ocean very lovely but was offered ground floor room first where everyone walking past could look in so moved to 2nd floor and was perfect
Cons: staff attitude just too awful - rude indifferent off hand
Pros: Rooms, location, beach and staff
Cons: Reception area poor, menus offer limited choice at relatively high cost
Pros: Perfectly nice hotel but full of children which is fine if you have them, however if you've decided that you want some grown up time this is not the hotel for you. Also the water is not blue, it's not dirty but there is a creek running into the bay on the left, no Caribbean Sea here. There is some sailing and paddle boarding but the beach staff fairly relaxed to the point of disinterest. Food is fine but Sunday nights you get charged $65 plus 20% tax for a bbq buffet which isn't worth it but there's no other option at the hotel. Which is ok but to be informed would have been good, at least one could have arranged to go out.
Pros: Very friendly staff, complimentary drinks and minibar
Cons: nothing really
Pros: Staff courtesy
Cons: In the evenings, the lighting along the pathway to public areas, such as restaurants are poorly lit, not pleasant for the elderly.
family with young children
Pros: Everything you should need for a relaxing holiday
family with young children
Pros: Food, kid's club, weather
Cons: No bad experiences
Pros: Tranquility, sea, relax
Cons: Minibar is quite boring. But ...
Pros: The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The location & beach was stunning & the room beautiful and very comfortable. Special thanks to Larry on concierge who went that extra mile to help.
Cons: My only complaint is the iphone docks in the rooms are only compatible with iphone 4. They really need updating.
