Pros: Shower had good pressure
Cons: The bathroom was not as clean as I like and the sheets and towels had long randomly placed hair. The bed was to firm. It was overall a poor stay.

Pros: Nice jacuzzi and pool area. Clean rooms. I like that they have a "quiet hour" at 9 pm and in the morning (didn't have to worry about people carrying on all night like in some hotels). Didn't get a chance to eat there but they have a restaurant on the property that looked pretty nice. Complimentary coffee was gross and not hot at all but oh well. That's really the only bad thing I can say about the place.

Pros: Food was nothing special...just ok
Cons: We have pictures of room to email to corporate. Black mold, dirty, stained and ripped sheets, coffee and tea floating in water. VERY SUBSTANDARD!! Paid top dollars for this

Pros: The beds were comfortable. The layout of the room was nice. It was clear that someone was actively working to fix up the hotel. It's headed in the right direction. We felt safe. Parking was easy. And it was close to the NAU campus. Our daughter was staying at McConnel, and we were able to sneak in a back road (San Francisco IIRC) and avoid the insanity of the main entrance. Plus, there was a good restaurant and full bar attached, so at the end of a long day, we could go relax.
Cons: The smaller than normal pillows were annoying. It wasn't that easy to get comfortable with them and we wished we'd brought our own.

Pros: We like the restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast... Good omelets!
Cons: No comforter on the bed. Pee on the floor in the bathroom in front of the toilet and cracker(?) crumbs on the bathroom floor. Both of the sinks in the bathroom drained very slowly Seriously in need of an update; especially at $210 for the night!
