Fort Apache and Theodore Roosevelt School National Historic Landmark, s. off SR 73, is a 288-acre site featuring 27 buildings dated 1870-1930, including officers' quarters; a guardhouse; stables; dormitories; the Nohwike’ Bágowa (House of Our Footprints) Museum; a military cemetery; ancient petroglyphs; and Kinishba Ruins, a partially restored Pueblo village. Guided tours are available.
Includes Nohwike’ Bágowa (House of Our Footprints) Museum and Kinishba Ruins $5; $3 (ages 64+ and students with ID); free (ages 0-6).
Hours: Park open daily 7 a.m.-dusk. Guided tours are available by reservation.
