Pros: We had appointments at Mayo Clonic. The location for that and nearby restaurants was excellent.
Cons: Noise from adjoining units was awful. Every time a toilet was flushed or a shower was taken, it sounded like Niagra Falls. Ver y noisy with hearing adjoining people talking. No sound insulation.

Pros: Splendid location for moderate price. And if you want to see really big cactuses, you will surely find lot's of them around.
Cons: Prices in restaurant are little high and selection of food is not very interesting. If you would like to have a delivery from the city, be prepared for a search (some restaurants don't deliver to the hotel as it is located far).

Pros: Great location, amongst several interesting spots in the area. The design is nothing outrageously fancy yet modern and pretty nice. Room are spacious and comfy. Golf course very close for those interested.
Cons: The Swimming pool is too squeezed within the walls and the view form the room is on a black parking lot. Nothing major though, it's still a good stay.

Pros: The staff at the front desk were very nice. The room was very clean & chairs were comfortable. plenty of plugs for all of my technology. The shower was great. I loved the balcony too! The view was fabulous.
Cons: The internet was open to the public so I was unable to do personal business.
Our key did not work correctly and I telephoned the office because we could not get into the room. A maintenance person opened our door with his key, then walked away without a word. I had to go to the office...3 flights of stairs...to get another key. I asked the office to please bring a key to my husband in our room and they never did.
I was told I was in a newly renovated room so I expected a heavenly bed...it was hard as a rock...way too firm! I awoke in pain in the morning...both mornings.
My friend was in a suite. I asked her how things were for her. She stated that her TV and fridge did not work. (In all fairness she never called to complain.) She said she shouldn't have to complain. The staff should be aware. LOL.
Not a complete disaster for me...but I will remember the uncomfortable bed.

Pros: The pool area and spa were not at all busy, and are nice to relax in, with a good view of the neighbouring golf course.
Cons: One of our (Inn-provided) bathrobes disappeared one day while we were gone (perhaps cleaning staff meant to clean it but did not replace it). As they are $50 each if taken, I mentioned this upon checkout. Bill, who checked us out, evidently made a note in our file but otherwise was quite taciturn.
