Cobre Valley Center for the Arts, 101 N. Broad St., is housed in the 1906 Old Gila County Courthouse. The center presents sculptures, photography, paintings, ceramics, jewelry, quilts and other art forms created by local and other artists. The Rose Mofford room exhibits memorabilia donated to the museum by the state’s first female governor, who was originally from Globe.
A working stained-glass studio may be seen. The Copper Cities Community Players present live performance pieces in the center's theater; phone for schedule and admission information.
