Pros: Great location overlooking London Bridge, well equipped and comfortable room, 3 swimming pools, well-priced 9 hole golf course on site. Helpful and friendly staff
Cons: The room had a fold down bed as well as a sofa bed, but it was not possible to use both due to the shape of the room. Basic breakfast

Pros: Room was nice & bed very comfortable. Also, appreciated the kitchenette & in-room safe. It was great to have a free breakfast every morning. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive, too. Liked the fact that there were boat slips available on the property. Enjoyed the walking trail along the channel.
Cons: Wanted a room with a view of the London Bridge, which we got (second floor). There was a pretty obvious slant to the room & the windows looking out to the London Bridge were filthy. We were warned that the Kokomo Bar was below our room & the noise level might be disturbing at night, esp. weekend nights. It was worse than expected. They DO NOT need to have the music that loud! The windows on that side should be double-pane, to help keep out the noise level. It would also make it much more energy efficient, since the resort supposedly prides itself on "being green". They did not even have screens on the windows, so if you wanted to open them in the morning, you had to concern yourself with flies getting in the room! We felt a sense of deferred maintenance b/c the roof below our windows was falling apart. The bed was not a true Queen-size bed. It was at least 3 inches short in the width & 2 inches short on the length (I measured it). And the charge for the boat slip is too high! $40/day. Should be $25 - 30/day. By the time you pay for that, the room, the resort fee, taxes, etc. it gets pretty damn pricey! And no screens on the single-pane windows? Give me a break!

Pros: Fun location
Cons: Read the small print when booking we had to upgrade to avoid a wall pullout bed ,apparently not unusual. Complementary breakfast average

Pros: Nothing .
Cons: The room we were finally given ,after being told our reservation had been cancelled was like a caravan.lots of kitchen equipment one end and a very small bed that had too be pulled down from the wall, which then meant we could not sit on the soft was dark and dingy I have never had a room quite like it during past visits to usa.. We cancelled our last 2 nights and stayed in the Days Inn a few minutes away.much better room and much cheaper

Pros: Location can't be beat! We had never been in LHC and it gave us a great taste of the community, the lake, etc. The staff was extremely friendly! The breakfast a perk for sure and we loved happy hour at the Martini bar. For the two of us, a one bedroom was perfect. We thought we wanted a lake side view, but were completed happy with the other side. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large refrigerator was perfect. Our leave was shortened by 2 nights due to a death at home. They pro-rated the days we stayed to make our departure much smoother. Thanks!
Cons: This is our only complaint - Rooms/windows aren't very insulated from outside noise; halls (intoxicated patron pounding on his door at 8 PM when his friends wouldn't let him in - staff corrected), parking lot (noise when bar lets out - though this is only 1/2-1 hr.) and walls (proximity to next doors bedroom TV and conversation). We found it just easier to watch the same thing. ;(
