Pros: The flute player in the mountain

Pros: Staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was pleasantly kid friendly.
Cons: We booked online and thought we picked a King with Pullout sofa bed to accommodate the four of us. We must have missed a step because we ended up in a room with a King bed only. We did get a roll away bed and it worked out ok. We were just a bit cramped.
Our room was also beautiful and clean except for a couple small pieces of glass on the bathroom floor.
Pros: The service personnel was OUTSTANDING!!! From check in to the pool staff... WOW!!! Your staff sets the bar by which all others should strive for. My friend was married over my stay and Madison was Awesome!!!! The wedding was perfection!!!
Cons: Navigating the property was a bit difficult. Coming up from self parking... The only sign I saw was staff entrance. Finding the entrance after dark was difficult. Getting to the pool was a challenge... I knew what direction it was because I could see it bet the paths were hidden. Which is nice, you don't want it lit up like Vegas, but a wee bit more assistance would have been helpful.
Cons: Coffee in room is sub standard.
Pros: Ignite bar food, snacks and cocktails (bring back the short rib flatbread :-), Core breakfast buffet, Stargazing, guitar jazz band, wonderful wait staff at Ignite and Core
Cons: We arrived at 6 p.m. and the front door attendants said they would transfer our golf clubs to the club house in the morning, but when we arrived at the pro shop at about 9:30 the next morning, the clubs had not arrived, so we had to wait to warm up.
Also, this particular Stargazing host was not as good as last November's host; he was unable to show us interesting stars to see, kept repeating the same two viewings and cut it short at 8:30 p.m.
Pros: Stayed at star pass was fantastic

Pros: The staff!! Jordan at the pool!! She was an angel! So genuinely kind! So caring and helpful. Just hoots love her! Also,Ranger Rick,he was the best! Spoke to us with genuine enthusiasm! And he sure knows his stuff! What a kind and sincere man! The Ritz is lucky to have these individuals !
Pros: The employees! They went out of their way to take care of us. The front desk, the bar tenders, restaurant staff, the wine sommelier, I could go on and on!
Cons: We had clouds on Saturday, Ha! Unusal for Tucson.
