Pros: The pool and public areas are nice. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are situated to have a nice view.
Cons: I think the resort fee is a little much. We spent $350+ in addition to the cost of the room, eating, drinking and having fun. They should skip the $20 per night resort fee.

Pros: The view and the super quiet room down the hill.
Cons: Our main issue was checking in. Check-in was at 4 pm and we arrived at 3:30. We were told no rooms were ready. We left the area for an hour and arrived back at 4:30 and were told that there wasn't a room ready. We were on one couple of many waiting!

Pros: I really liked that they have multiple pools, including a toddler friendly pool (Max 1.5ft). Even though it was a fully booked weekend it didn't feel overly crowded. The location is beautiful! Staff is great! Free Wi-Fi! Everything was great!
Cons: Their customer service on the telephone (a call center, not the hotel itself). They were very rude on the phone. I recommend always trying to get the actual hotel, not Hilton Customer Service.
