Pros: Beautiful view, Room was clean.
Cons: Just maybe will be perfect if they do heating swimming pool where you can swim in the winter, the other thing was absolutely gorgeous.

I would go back to...
Pros: Location was great, check in was fast. Lake Powell is absolutelly beutiutiful! Fire by the pool was a really nice touch!
Cons: When we arrived around 4 o'clock place was empty, very quiet, front desk lady told us the restaurant is closed but the lounge opens at 4. Joshua the bartender, amazing, hardworking guy who made us feel very welcome and made excellent coctails told us where to go, what to do, what to see and guess what? Around 60 people show up from no where and set at the restaurant that was open? We were really confused, apparently fron desk lady did not have much information... Dinner was excellent otherwise no food option since the store with coffee and package bagels was closed as well. I have to mentioned that we were there on Saturday. Breakfast wasn't available even for purchase as it sais on my booking confirmation it is available for 16$.. My card key did not work to enter the hotel next morning 7 am, so I had to call my husband to come downstairs and open the door. Carpet in the hallway right by our door had two orange construction where the floor was missing not mentioned that right in front of our doors was a big dumpster for trash... The entire time we were there 12 hours. Room with the view was just ok, outdated and heat/ ac would come out every 10 min or so and made weird noises... I booked king size bed and there was two king beds...I can't say the room was worth 160$. View was great from the bar area and just ok from our window.
