Pros: Not really much to like about this property apart from the view. We did not eat here so cannot comment. Fridge and coffee maker in the room. The noisiest air conditioning unit we experienced in a 17 day road trip around western America. Free parking, without reservation. This hotel is very much a resort type hotel, with tour companies using it. A visit to the dam is worth a visit.
Cons: I would recommend anyone considering lake Powell to stay in any one of the numerous hotels in Page and then visit Lake Powell. Two swimming pools but we didn't use them so cannot comment. No mention on booking.com web site that there is a $25 charge to enter the national park and where the hotel is located. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she said it was something that I would need to take up with booking.com as the hotels web site clearly states that this charge applies, when I said that surely as they advertised with booking.com they should make sure that the details were up to date and correct, she flatly refused to acknowledge any blame!! The staff were rude and unhelpful, with little care or regard to customer satisfaction.

Pros: View of Lake Powell was stunning. The restaurants were very good - great breakfast buffet for $14. The bed was very comfortable
Cons: Everything about the room was old except the bed - they need updating.

Pros: The best views of Lake Powell you can get. Lots of boat trips to be had. Comfortable room overlooking the marina.
Cons: The location is so good the hotel is very crowded with trippers. The pool area should be ten times better for the money. The bar and coffee shop aren't big enough.

Pros: Location on lake
Cons: They should advise 2nd floor no elevator. Very high cost for just okay room. But I guess you pay for viewing of Lake unless of course you paid that price to view the giant tree right in front of you.
