Patagonia Lake State Park, 7 mi. s.w. on SR 82, then 4 mi. w. following signs, is home to southeastern Arizona's largest lake. Bird-watching is a popular activity. Pontoon boat tours are available early October through April. Adjacent to the park is Sonoita Creek State Natural Area, which offers nature hikes and educational programs.</br>Gas, boating, fishing and swimming are available. Jet boats and jet skis are prohibited.</br>Guided tours are available. Pet friendly (call for restrictions/fees.). Recreational activities are permitted. Camping is permitted. Picnicking is permitted. Food is available.</br>
$15-$20 (per private vehicle, up to four passengers); $3 (per additional adult passenger in vehicle or person arriving on foot or bicycle). Camping $17-$30 (per private vehicle).
Hours: Daily 4 a.m.-10 p.m. Visitor center Thurs.-Mon. 8:30-4; hours may vary seasonally. Phone ahead to confirm schedule.
