Zane Grey Cabin is at 700 S. Green Valley Pkwy. The replica cabin and the adjoining Rim Country Museum house the personal belongings and memorabilia of adventurer and “Riders of the Purple Sage” author Zane Grey. The original cabin was destroyed in the 1990 Dude Fire; exhibits in the museum focus on Grey's literary contributions and career achievements. Displays also document the history of the Payson community, which Grey frequented from 1918-29.
Picnicking is permitted.
