Pioneer Arizona Living History Museum is off I-17 exit 225 to 3901 W. Pioneer Rd. More than 26 original and reconstructed buildings, spread over 92 acres, replicate the territorial days of the Southwest 1863-1912. Costumed interpreters re-enact life in territorial Arizona during themed special events held monthly.
$9; $8 (ages 55+ and military with ID); $7 (ages 6-18).
Hours: Wed-Sun 9-4, day after Labor Day-May 31; Wed.-Sun. 7 a.m.-11 a.m., rest of year. Closed Jan. 1, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
