Pros: Terri the Manager was very helpful making a change in our reservation when we checked in. Our rooms were booked through booking.com and the price was higher on booking.com than the website of Fairfield Inn had posted. Terri made the adjustment for us. The room was cooled off when we arrived, which is nice when it was 100' outside.
Cons: I found long hair (not ours) on the bathroom floor. The bottom area of the toilet had two dirty rings around the bottom. There were two smokers standing right outside both doors to the parking lot smoking right next to the door. No signs were posted about the 20 foot rule. I had to walk through the smoke to enter the door and I have asthma. Only apples in the breakfast bar & the attendant said you were out of fruit. The same apples the next morning nothing restocked. You advertise free WiFi, yet we were charged $4.95 for each day we stayed. We never logged into the data area only logged in as the guest with our code to the FREE WiFi area. My husband informed the desk person the day we checked out he took one charge off. When the bill cleared our card we saw that they never took the second charge off. It took two more phones calls to the Hotel a week later to get the $4.95 credit back.
