Pros: Shuttle to/from Airport is the best feature of this hotel.

Pros: Nothing. It is dirty and there are homeless people that hang out around the hotel trying to get in or steal things.
Cons: Everything. Room was filthy. Front desk was not helpful when we had an emergency situation. The night time security guard and bartender were very kind however.

Pros: Friendly staff at check in (wished I remember her name; she was awesome). The use of the wheelchair for my daughter who just had ankle surgery.
Cons: I really dislike the $6 a day charge for parking; not sure what this is for; something just started in September but hopefully it will help on parking improvements because when you hold conventions your parking is very limited. Hotel could be updated.

Cons: Hotel was kind of seedy. For a 100% smoke free property, there was a lot of smoking in the rooms. There was a lot of marijuana smoking going on in the property and management didn't seem to care, despite all rooms being smoke free, tobacco or otherwise.

Pros: Fast internet. Bathroom sink counter was spacious. Hotel and room look clean. Free Wall Street Journal every morning at the lobby.
Cons: $6 parking fee per night. Plus an additional $10 per night for getting two beds. We often had to park long ways from the entrance door. Room is not spacious enough. Clothes closet was too small.

Cons: The restaurant in hotel had ridiculous prices for breakfast,lunch,dinner paid for late checkout at 6pm and paid $50 to get sleep for an over night flight first housekeeping banging on door at 2pm to tell me checkout was at 12pm told them paid till 6pm then at 4pm front desk calledus to say why we were not checked out yet so trying to sleep was impossible will not stay at this hotel again!

Pros: The person who worked in the breakfast room every morning. I forget her name but she was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. All staff were very friendly.
Cons: There was an issue with my bill because I had booked through booking but then the van company booked too. It was cleared up fairly quickly.

Cons: filters of air condition have not been cleaned for a Long time (normally I do not check things like that but the aircon was so noisy and the room pretty dusty so that I have taken out one filter and found it very dusty!). Staff is asking very direct and personal questions (not in a friendly but in a concious way). Staff at Restaurant is not very professional and not nice. breakfast was unattractive, uninspired and poor. Gym had a water tank for drinking, but no cups, no staff around, facility not very clean.

Pros: The property is very easy to get to from the airport! The beds are comfy and there was lots of room to work.
Cons: The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The remote to the TV was outdated and was hard to change the channels.
