Pros: Staff was very nice.
Cons: I paid more than 350$ a night to get a special loxurios room on the upper floor which turned out to be a small room with a small bathroom and a bad view. Had only a few little soaps in the bathroom. Lighting in the room was bad. The launge "lunch" was just a very small veriety of veggies and some chips. Had problems contacting the Wifi for an hour and had to get desk assitance that lasted for at least 15 minutes. Upon arrival had to wait 30 minutes in front of the deak because staff did a mistake with my reservation. The hotel and the service weren't bad in general. However, they were deffinetly not worth the money. Could have just slept in a motel.
