Pros: Excellent location for light rail/downtown attractions. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast had good variety without being complex, definitely "continental" type...good on the go.
Cons: The sheets were stiff and too short for the bed. The room smelled musty, and there could be more/better placed outlets.

Pros: location and comfort. waffle machine, hubby loved the coffee
Cons: the smell in the room was bad we had to use a spray to get rid of it each time we came back. breakfast area non existent really. glad we were late going so able to get a seat. also very hot in front entrance where you had the meal. lack of coffee/tea making facilities.

Pros: Clean and private. Staff was helpful in recommending restaurants nearby and directions to Chase Field.
Cons: The neighborhood is old and a little rundown; not the fault of the hotel of course. Looks like new places are springing up though.
