Pros: I like the size and overall comfort of the room. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly. The beds are comfortable. Would I come back? Yes.
Cons: The carpet in the room was in dire need of steam cleaning. It was really horrible. I always bring shoes to wear around the room, but had to keep socks on the grandkids feet because the carpet was so dirty. Looked like a herd of cattle stayed there. I've stayed here several times and this was the worse room I had been in.

Cons: The sink isn't in the bathroom, it's right outside of it which means you are constantly touching a dirty door knob. The tv channels didn't quite work well either, but that could have been because of the rain.

Pros: The location was excellent. Mall, food, things to do very close. The staff was amazingly friendly, had at least 4 people tell me good morning. We checked in after 3 and the afternoon manager personally brought us extra towels to our room. He was very nice. The rooms were good size and clean. We loved having a mini fridge and microwave. The morning breakfast was great, lots of healthy options.
Cons: My little girl did not like the sofa bed but she complains a lot always, so may or may not be true.
