Pros: The room was beautiful and the location of the hotel was perfect.
Cons: We got lost trying to find our room, the map was not entirely clear. But staff was very happy to help, so it wasn't a huge problem.

Cons: The fact there was no security ..anyone could enter (drive or walk) on to the property and knock on the bedroom door 24/7. All bedrooms were accessible from the busy street!

Pros: Great gathering spot for our grandkids 2, 4 to visit us. The pools gave hours of fun swim time to cool us down (July). I'd stay here in future visits for sure. Especially loved the 90 minute massage arranged through the front desk with Beyond Massage.
Cons: Parts were closed for renovations and the section we were in could use some updating, for example the toilet ran loud and long after each flush. New standards for using less water in a desert climate would be helpful.

Overall I really like this hotel. I chose to return after initially staying at the hotel in April 2017. My only disappointment in two stays at this hotel was on this visit when poor communication from the hotel led to us not being able to shower prior to a long travel day home on 7/6/17. We woke up at 4:30 am to shower prior to an early departure flight to find that our water was shut off in the night. We were never told the water would be turned off and yet the fountain outside our window had water flowing.....we were brought two bottled waters to "wash" with. Not a great way to end a stay.

Cons: Lack of communication regarding the water being turned off in the middle of the night. I believe our air stopped working as well due to this.
