Pros: The pool and grounds were nice and the location was great. The rooms fit our needs perfectly.
Cons: They didn't repair the dishwasher or let us know when it would be repaired. It was out for the last 3 days. They also didn't vacuum every day and it makes a difference when you have small kids.

Pros: Breakfast and facilities were excellent however the customer service and managing of the digital platform integration was awful.Vicky the front desk night manager is amazing. Sam during the day was a breathe of fresh air and made me feel right at home and she made me feel secure and understood. Sam knows the city well, she was awesome and multifaceted. And Isaiah! What a gem!so much potential. Heading up the desk during peak check in, it's clear this is his 4th front desk job. At the ripe age of 24 he comes to the Hyatt with optimism, drive, and a solid plan and undying patriotism as the self efficacy too do the next right thing.what a force to be reckoned with. The Hyatt should extract these three folks and put them on a special forces customer service operative team where in they crash every Hyatt from here too Timbuktu and teach people how to simply make God damn eye contact and express empathy, sympathy, and understanding of customer needs. They enforce Hyatt standards of customer service perfection.
Cons: I stood in the lobby for 4hours at 2am while booking.com and the Hyatt worked out a software issue. One of the companies charged my card $550 for two nights and the GM kicked me to the curb with no money the second night despite being booked for 4 more nights. It was a total nightmare. I slept in the park pretty much. My engagement weekend feels like it has been ruined which really sucks because my older sis spent over $100,000 at their sister property getting married at the Hyatt Recency. I've been staying with them since I was a kid. Probably over 20years. It sucks to know I'm just something to make money on. I called customer service, they didn't care either. Oh yea, I'm in recovery from spinal surgery also and that was amazing to be homeless for.hopefully today I can have at least my money back.I'm starving.
