Pros: Best resort in Scottsdale. My 1000ft Sundeck was amazing. The front desk upgraded me for free! Service was impeccable, and the grounds are gorgeous. A+ for the JW!

Pros: Dinning, bar, concierge, car drivers were friendly and great!
Cons: I saw twice the front golf cart drivers count their tips. A couple drivers didn't smile. I ask if he was okay. Especially when I took more time in my room or ask to stop at my room to then take me to the front for my ride. Not very professional. The youngest gentleman was the best of them all.

Pros: The beds were sooo comfortable (made nursing a small hangover bearable) and the bathroom was large for the room and well appointed. The shower was large and had a nice showerhead as well.
Cons: Even though I booked on a discount website, I still paid $300/night for my room, and I think that the room could have been nicer. My friends and I were stuck in a first floor room surrounded by the sidewalk, so we had to leave the curtains closed the whole time (couldn't take in the view!) because people would stop and look in the windows. Being a holiday weekend, the pool area was a mess and crowded with tons of unsupervised children. The adult pool is more like a glorified hot tub.

Pros: The carpet was so dirty in the room that our feet turned black on the bottom from walking across it. Food was mediocre and overpriced. Those were the only complaints, everything else was great!
