Pros: Good location, friendly staff
Cons: Stairs were very dirty, looked like they had not been vacuumed for a long time. There are trees planted by the pool that offer shade but they also drop a lot of leaves and flowers into the water

Cons: We were given a handicapped room, which is totally fine except this one was dirty. The roll-in shower had terrible mold, plus dirt from wheelchair wheels all over the floor. In fact, all the tiles were discolored. Hair all over the floor, including pubic.

Pros: I think the customer service was great, and the location was great. I think it was correctly classified. I did like that it was ADA compliant.
Cons: The bathroom/shower had old fixtures, leaky shower head, and the floor was kind of gross. I actually didn't shower here because of it. I think the grout on the tile needed to be cleaned. The room smelled musty, the sheets were rough, and comforter thin

Pros: Staff was very friendly. They initiated connection every time I stood in the lobby near the front desk. One staff member saw me in running gear and came up to let me know the hotel offers a free pass to a local high-quality gym. Loved that!

Pros: We came up from Tucson because my grandma died unexpectedly. Not only did they made my mom and me sympathy card, they honored a lower rate for the weekend and gave us beautiful flowers. They were so kind when we needed it most. It meant the world to us.

Pros: Desk staff was courteous, helpful, and pleasant; good restaurant info, TV remote delivered <5 minutes after my call, etc. Had I accepted their offer of a paper receipt at checkout this review would be perfect.
Cons: I agreed to an email receipt. Nothing. I called Guest Services the 2nd day with an alternate email carrier. Nothing. (Both emails working, no addresses blocked.) I called the 3rd day with a fax number. Fax worked. Time spent=less value for money.

Pros: I liked that the room is larger and that there is a couch so that we could each have our own bed.
Cons: I was disappointed in the breakfast times. 2 and a half hours is not a very big window time to meet everyone's needs, and having breakfast start at 7 was not convenient for us, since our son had to be on the soccer field at 7. I would have appreciated at least a 3 hour or more breakfast window. I have never stayed at a hotel with a 2 and a half hour breakfast that starts at 7. Our air was also not working properly. The front desk person was very kind to try and help. The maintenance man was a little short initially when he came to the room, but was nicer later when they moved us next door.
