Entire staff was not only superb but always called you by name and were ready to please.
Pros: Quiet. Floor plan very functional. The best service you can imagine.
Cons: Had trouble accessing wifi in room.
Top of the line!!
Pros: Very well maintained with excellent staff
Cons: All good
Cons: The bathrooms need some updating and the TVs need some upgrade. The sound kept coming in and out from the TVs but otherwise a beautiful place
Perfect place for rest and...
Pros: We stayed in the Canyon Suites, which were very comfortable with very attentive staff and a quiet, calm atmosphere. The restaurants at the main hotel were all very good although the menus could have been more varied. Staff in the Thirsty Camel bar mixed a perfect martini.
Cons: The Canyon Suite's own pool had an unfortunate odour at times (smelled like drains).
Would have preferred a meal plan which included breakfast.
