Pros: The staff was wonderful. Mario checked me and provided me with tips on how to improve my stay. Edgar helped me out with an upgrade to my room class when an unexpected guest accompanied me on my trip. I left my charger and housekeeping found it and saved it for me.
Cons: The price. I stayed at Sedona Summit by Diamond Resorts on my way back from the Grand Canyon. My room for the night was $125. There was a full kitchen and cable, not just a few channels available. The amenities surpassed that of Sedona Rouge. I feel like I received more for half the price I paid at Sedona Rouge!

Pros: The location is great if you want to be away from the tourist crowd. It's a walk away from Safeway to buy sundry items. There are several great restaurants close by - Golden Goose and Paleo Cafe Brio. Plus, the front desk people are excellent at customer service. The complimentary coffee (AM) at the Reds restaurant is so mild!
Cons: The cost - the hotel property is starting to show it's age. The resort fee of $29/day includes WiFi and free coffee - that's it. The pool area needs a major facelift. It's dreary and has not sparkle.

Pros: Bathroom in room good. Breakfast good.
Cons: No seating on balcony, should not have been advertised as a balcony. Pool area was scruffy, dirty and not maintained throughout day. This felt more like a motel rather than a hotel.
