Pros: The location is Southwest of downtown Sedona so, although you have a short drive into town if you want to do stuff there, it was much more quiet and had much less traffic at this location. It was quite close to trails and campgrounds, which was convenient for my vacation plans.
Cons: I'd like better breakfast/food options on site. The room did have a kitchenette, so could have gone shopping and fixed food but for being there just a few days, it would have been more convenient to have a quick food option.

Pros: Booked a studio - and felt the size and amenities were perfect for me. The bathroom had an oversize shower which was great. The room also had a kitchen with fridge and stove which would be great for a longer stay.
Cons: Traveled with a friend and we had separate rooms - although we didn't ask for it upon booking when checking in we asked if they had rooms close together. The clerk said she would try and was checking - she made a phone and told the person on the line she was holding a room and "could they see it?" and noted she was trying to put two guests together. A few minutes transpired she gave us one set of keys and told us she'd check - the manager came out - and she asked if she could move the rooms together and he said no it was 100% sold out - if that were the case wouldn't the clerk have known and not been trying to move the room? Just felt they didn't try to accommodate. we were in buildings 1 and 17 we couldn't have been any further apart.

Pros: Our stay was just a one night stopover, not a leisurely vacation, but it was quite enjoyable nonetheless. The suite was nice, clean, and very roomy - a great value for the money.
Cons: The location of this resort property is a couple of miles from the restaurants in Sedona, but the surroundings are pleasant and there are good views of the red rocks from some vantage points on the property. We had vista del courtyard, however.
