Four Corners Monument, 33 mi. n.w. off SR 597, is the only place in the country where four states meet. The juncture of Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico is marked by a concrete monument bearing each state's seal. Navajo and Ute artists sell their wares near the site.

Hours: Daily 8-8, Fri. before Memorial Day to mid-Sept.; 8-6, mid-Sept. through Oct. 31; 8-5, Nov.-Mar.; 8-7, rest of year. Closed Jan. 1, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
