AAA Editor Notes
Tucson Botanical Gardens, 2150 N. Alvernon Way, covers 5.5 acres and features Zen, children's, herb, historical, iris, sensory, bird-watching and barrio and xeriscape gardens as well as a Native American crop garden. Exhibits include a seasonal tropical butterfly house and art displays. Special events are held throughout the year.

Guided tours are available. Food is available.

Admission
Oct.-May $13; $12 (students, senior citizens and military with ID); $7.50 (ages 4-17). Rest of year $9; $8 (ages 62+, students and military with ID); $5 (ages 4-12).
Hours
Daily 8:30-4:30. Closed Jan. 1, July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.
