Pros: The lobby of this hotel is open space and super fun. It is within walking distance of the campus which is great and the reason we stayed. I would absolutely stay here again - it was safe, high quality, great ambiance, nice bar, fun for the family. My daughter was visiting the UofA campus and this was a great place for us to see and visit the school from - all the other hotels are miles away and in a yucky environment. Oh and free parking!

Pros: Free underground parking. A must in the hot Arizona sun.
Cons: First the room - it seemed tired (and small). The light for the bathroom/shower area was literally on the bathroom door jamb so when you closed the door it hit the light switch - surprised that passed the building inspector. No way to turn light to toilet shower area on without the sink area as well - this matters because it created a lot of light in the room so when someone else is sleeping, you wake them up if you get up earlier. Oh - did I mention a big hairball on the floor of the shower? Yeah, that was really disgusting. Makes me wonder what else in the room wasn't cleaned properly... So, ready to the start the day with breakfast in the lobby? Well, the breakfast food was literally inedible. Ordered breakfast and could not eat it. It was a joke. Served on a styrofoam plate with plastic utensils by someone who seemed completely uninterested. I am not kidding when I say that I threw it in the trash. I took a picture of it first to show my wife because it was so unappetizing looking.

Pros: Very nice bathroom and shower.
Cons: The cost was way too high for what you got. And the elevator lights were obnoxious.

Pros: Room was great. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom superior. The vibe is great in the lobby.
Cons: The coffee maker in the room was bad. Made pretty bad coffee and leaked. Upgrade please! It feels a little like a dorm when walking down the hall to the room.
